Fit couple jogging side by side on treadmills in a modern gym

Prompt

A man and a woman jogging side by side on treadmills in a modern gym.

Subject: A fit woman with long dark wavy hair wearing a grey sports bra and matching leggings, standing next to a muscular man with dark curly hair and a beard wearing a grey t-shirt and black pants.

Clothing: The woman wears white sneakers while the man wears blue running shoes; both are dressed in athletic wear suitable for cardio exercise.

Action: Both individuals are mid-stride on their respective treadmills, looking at each other with engaged expressions as if conversing during their workout.

Environment: A well-equipped gym interior featuring weight racks, mirrors, and industrial ceiling fixtures with exposed ductwork.

Camera: Eye-level medium shot capturing both subjects from the waist up with a shallow depth of field that keeps them sharp while softly blurring the background equipment.

Lighting: Bright overhead fluorescent lighting creates even illumination across the scene with minimal harsh shadows.

Style Details: Clean photographic composition with natural color tones and realistic texture rendering typical of high-quality commercial fitness photography.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating fitness advertisement campaigns, lifestyle blog content about healthy habits, and gym equipment catalog imagery. The combination of 'eye-level medium shot' and 'shallow depth of field' ensures the focus remains tightly on the couple while the visible background elements like weight racks provide context without distracting from their engaged expressions.

Suggestions

Change 'grey sports bra' to a specific brand color for consistency.
Add 'sweat beads' detail to enhance realism.
Adjust 'fluorescent lighting' to 'natural daylight streaming through windows' for softer shadows.
