Young man sitting on bench overlooking green mountains and pine trees

Prompt

A young man with curly dark hair sits casually on a weathered wooden bench against a backdrop of green mountains and trees.

Subject: A handsome young man with thick, wavy dark brown hair and a calm, direct gaze.

Clothing: He wears a white button-down shirt with thin vertical stripes, the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, paired with black trousers and black loafers.

Action: He leans back comfortably against the bench, resting his left arm on the wooden backrest while his right hand rests on his thigh.

Environment: The setting is an outdoor overlook or park area featuring a metal railing behind him, with lush green mountains and pine trees in the distance under a cloudy sky.

Camera: A medium shot capturing the subject from the knees up, utilizing a shallow depth of field to blur the mountainous background for focus on the foreground.

Lighting: Soft, diffused natural light illuminates the scene evenly, creating gentle shadows and a calm, overcast mood.

Style Details: The image has a cinematic, high-definition quality with a cool color palette emphasizing greens and greys.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating travel blog features, lifestyle portraiture, and serene editorial spreads focusing on contemplative moments in nature. The combination of 'soft, diffused natural light' and the 'shallow depth of field' ensures that the subject remains clearly visible while the background elements like the 'lush green mountains' become painterly blurs, preventing visual competition with the man's direct gaze.

Suggestions

Change 'white button-down shirt' to 'light blue chambray shirt' for a more muted palette.
Replace 'metal railing' with 'stone balustrade' for a different architectural feel.
Adjust 'cloudy sky' to 'overcast, diffused light' to emphasize the soft illumination.
