Young woman in athletic wear standing in green hills with mountains

Prompt

A young woman stands in a grassy field with rolling hills and mountains in the background under a cloudy sky.

Clothing: She wears a light pink zip-up athletic jacket over a white sports bra and black leggings.

Action: She stands in profile facing left with her eyes closed and a slight smile, appearing relaxed as the wind blows her hair.

Environment: A lush green hillside with grassy foreground and rolling mountain ranges fading into the distance under a sky filled with scattered clouds.

Lighting: Warm golden sunlight illuminates the scene from the upper right, casting soft highlights on her face and hair while creating gentle shadows in the valleys.

Style Details: Photorealistic rendering with vibrant colors and natural lighting effects.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating athletic lifestyle advertisements, travel blog features about outdoor fitness, and editorial mood boards focused on movement in nature. The combination of 'warm golden sunlight' casting soft highlights against the 'lush green hillside' ensures the subject pops while the 'shallow depth of field' keeps the focus tightly on her relaxed profile, preventing the distant mountains from becoming a distracting visual element.

Suggestions

Change 'light pink zip-up athletic jacket' to 'navy blue technical jacket' for a more grounded palette.
Swap 'high ponytail' for 'loose waves' to emphasize natural movement.
Adjust 'warm golden sunlight' to 'overcast soft light' if you want less harsh contrast.
