Description

This prompt is useful for creating cinematic character portraits, editorial streetwear features, and mood pieces evoking neo-noir atmospheres. The combination of 'low angle' perspective and 'shallow depth of field' forces the viewer's focus onto the subject while allowing the 'glowing neon signage' to provide atmospheric color accents that prevent the scene from feeling flat against the dark brick buildings.

Suggestions

Change 'dark leather jacket' to 'oversized bomber jacket' for a more contemporary silhouette.
Swap 'neon signs' for 'Japanese kanji neon' to specify the cultural aesthetic.
Adjust 'low angle' to 'eye-level shot' if you want a less imposing portrait.
