Young man sitting on stone steps holding drink in urban outdoor setting

Prompt

A man sits casually on dark stone steps holding a drink with a straw.

Subject: A young man with styled hair and a light beard gazes directly at the camera while seated in a relaxed pose.

Clothing: He wears a grey zip-up jacket, light beige trousers, and chunky sneakers.

Action: He holds a beverage cup with a straw in one hand while his other hand rests near his lap.

Environment: The setting is an urban outdoor area featuring large glass doors behind him and a vertical sign with the letters "MONKE" visible.

Objects: A potted plant sits to the right of the subject.

Lighting: Soft daylight illuminates the scene, creating gentle shadows and highlighting the texture of his clothing.

Camera: The shot uses a medium framing with a shallow depth of field that blurs the background to emphasize the subject.

Style Details: The image has a cinematic color grade with a slightly desaturated palette and high contrast typical of modern street photography.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating editorial lifestyle spreads, character portraits for advertising campaigns, and moody street photography mockups. The combination of 'soft daylight' and the 'shallow depth of field' ensures that while the background elements like the glass doors remain contextually present, they won't distract from the subject by losing definition or becoming overly bright.

Suggestions

Change 'grey zip-up jacket' to 'navy bomber jacket' for a deeper color contrast.
Replace 'potted plant' with 'graffiti wall detail' to enhance the urban feel.
Adjust 'soft daylight' to 'overcast natural light' for more uniform shadow placement.
