Black and white portrait of young woman with butterflies on her head

A black-and-white portrait of a young woman with freckles and wavy hair, adorned with three large butterflies resting on her head and face.

Subject: A fair-skinned young woman with numerous freckles across her nose, cheeks, and chin, featuring one visible eye gazing directly at the viewer while the other is partially obscured by a butterfly. Her expression is neutral and calm.

Clothing: Bare shoulders and upper chest are visible, suggesting minimal or strapless attire; no specific clothing items are clearly defined.

Action: The woman remains still with a composed demeanor, while three butterflies—one perched on her forehead, one near the top of her head, and one covering her right eye—are positioned as if resting gently on her skin and hair.

Environment: A plain, dark, neutral background that provides no distraction from the subject, emphasizing the intimate and focused nature of the portrait.

Camera: Close-up framing with a shallow depth of field that keeps the face and butterflies in sharp focus while softly blurring the edges of the hair and background.

Lighting: Soft, diffused lighting illuminates the face evenly, creating gentle shadows that highlight facial contours and texture without harsh contrasts.

Style Details: High-contrast black-and-white photography with fine grain and realistic detail, evoking a timeless, artistic, and slightly surreal mood.
