Man sitting alone on stone steps with golden backlighting and bokeh

Prompt

A man sits alone on stone steps bathed in warm golden backlighting.

Subject: A man with short dark hair wearing sunglasses and a silver cross necklace.

Clothing: He wears a black t-shirt, jeans, and white sneakers.

Action: He is seated with his head bowed downward, looking at the ground.

Environment: The setting features stone stairs leading up toward a bright, sunlit background filled with bokeh light effects.

Camera: Shot with a shallow depth of field that blurs the background into soft golden orbs, creating a lens flare across the lower frame.

Lighting: Strong backlighting from above creates a glowing halo effect around the subject and casts deep shadows on his face and clothing.

Objects: A silver cross necklace hangs prominently against his chest.

Style Details: The image has a cinematic, high-contrast aesthetic with warm color grading and a film-like texture.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating contemplative portraiture, moody editorial spreads, and atmospheric character studies. The combination of 'strong backlighting from above' generating a glowing halo effect while the 'shallow depth of field' blurs the background into soft golden orbs ensures that the subject remains dramatically separated from the bright environment, preventing the entire scene from looking flat.

Suggestions

Change 'black t-shirt' to 'charcoal grey linen shirt' for more visible texture.
Add 'anamorphic lens flare' for a wider cinematic feel.
Swap 'stone steps' for 'rough concrete stairs' to alter the foreground material.
