Description

This prompt is useful for creating ethereal fantasy book covers, narrative concept art for folklore, and fine art prints evoking mythological scenes. The combination of 'watercolor painting style' with visible paint splatters grounds the magical element—the glowing golden orb—within a tangible artistic medium, preventing the light source from appearing too digitally perfect against the soft, textured brushstrokes.

Suggestions

Change 'deep blue off-the-shoulder dress' to 'indigo silk gown' for richer color saturation.
Add 'ethereal mist' to the environment description for more atmosphere.
Swap 'small wildflowers' for 'luminous bioluminescent flora' to enhance the magical quality.
