Young man standing confidently outdoors against a blurred sunset sky

Prompt

A young man stands confidently in an urban outdoor setting during the golden hour.

Subject: A young man with a serious expression looking slightly upward and to the side.

Clothing: He wears a black long-sleeved sweatshirt, black cargo pants with white drawstrings and text on the leg, and dark sneakers.

Action: His right hand is placed over his chest while his left arm hangs by his side.

Environment: The background features a blurred sunset sky with warm orange and yellow tones, silhouetted trees, and a concrete wall or ledge behind him.

Camera: Shot at eye level with a shallow depth of field that keeps the subject sharp while blurring the background significantly.

Lighting: Warm backlighting from the setting sun creates a soft glow around the subject's hair and shoulders, contrasting with the cooler blue tones in the foreground shadows.

Style Details: High-quality photography with cinematic color grading, featuring a strong contrast between the warm sky and cool pavement.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating cinematic character portraits, editorial streetwear lookbooks, and moody travel blog features. The combination of 'warm backlighting' against 'cooler blue tones in the foreground shadows' establishes a high-contrast visual tension that directs focus to the subject while using the 'blurred sunset sky' to provide atmospheric context without distracting from the man's serious expression.

Suggestions

Change 'black long-sleeved sweatshirt' to 'charcoal knit sweater' for a different texture.
Adjust 'warm orange and yellow tones' to 'deep magenta and indigo' for an alternative sunset palette.
Modify 'shallow depth of field' to 'bokeh effect, 85mm lens' for more pronounced background separation.
