Full length studio portrait of woman veiled in flowing white translucent fabric

Prompt

A full-length shot of a woman standing in a studio setting, her form partially obscured by flowing white fabric.

Subject: A female figure with dark hair and a solemn expression, her face visible through the sheer material.

Clothing: She wears a long, form-fitting black dress that is almost entirely covered by a massive, translucent white veil or sheet that drapes from her head to the floor.

Action: The woman stands still with a neutral posture, looking directly at the camera while the fabric flows around her in soft folds.

Environment: A minimalist studio space with a plain, neutral grey background and a smooth, light-colored floor.

Camera: A medium-long shot capturing the full height of the figure, utilizing a shallow depth of field to keep the subject sharp against a slightly blurred background.

Lighting: Soft, diffused lighting illuminates the scene from the front, creating gentle highlights on the fabric and casting subtle shadows that define the folds.

Style Details: High-fashion photography aesthetic with an ethereal mood, characterized by cool color tones and a focus on texture and translucency.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating high-fashion editorial spreads, conceptual fine art photography, and ethereal beauty lookbooks. The combination of 'soft, diffused lighting' with the 'translucent white veil' emphasizes texture and form by preventing harsh shadows while allowing the viewer to focus on the interplay between the black dress and the sheer material.

Suggestions

Change 'neutral grey background' to 'deep navy backdrop' for higher contrast.
Swap 'flowing white fabric' for 'sheer silk chiffon' to alter drape.
Adjust 'soft, diffused lighting' to 'rim lighting' for more dramatic separation.
