Description

The combination of 'bright overhead artificial lighting' ensuring even illumination across the scene, paired with the candid action of brushing teeth, grounds the image in a believable moment rather than an overly stylized photoshoot.

Suggestions

Change 'navy blue t-shirt' to 'striped oversized shirt' for more visual interest.
Add 'natural skin texture' emphasis to the lighting description.
Swap 'recessed ceiling light' for 'vanity mirror sconces' for varied illumination.
