Young woman taking mirror selfie in athletic wear at home gym

Prompt

A woman taking a mirror selfie while kneeling on a gym mat.

Subject: A fit young woman with long blonde hair tied back in a ponytail and light-colored eyes.

Clothing: She is wearing a black sleeveless sports crop top and matching black high-waisted athletic shorts, along with grey sneakers.

Action: She is kneeling on her knees on a blue towel placed over a black exercise mat, holding a smartphone up to take a mirror selfie with one hand while resting the other on her thigh.

Environment: The setting is an indoor home gym or fitness room featuring beige walls and carpeted flooring.

Objects: A large piece of grey and black cardio equipment, likely an elliptical machine, stands directly behind her.

Lighting: The scene is lit by soft, diffuse natural light coming from the side, creating gentle highlights on her skin and hair without harsh shadows.

Camera: The shot is a medium close-up framed through a mirror reflection, capturing the subject from the waist up with a shallow depth of field that blurs the background equipment.

Style Details: The image has a clean, high-definition aesthetic typical of modern smartphone photography with natural color tones.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating fitness influencer content, athletic lifestyle blogs, and personal progress documentation shots. The combination of 'soft, diffuse natural light' and the 'medium close-up framed through a mirror reflection' ensures that while the subject remains visible, the shallow depth of field effectively blurs the background equipment, preventing visual clutter common in real home gym settings.
