Young woman taking mirror selfie in modern gym setting

Prompt

A young woman with dark hair tied back in a ponytail takes a mirror selfie while kneeling on the gym floor.

Subject: A young woman with fair skin and dark hair pulled back into a low ponytail, featuring straight bangs framing her face.

Clothing: She wears an oversized white short-sleeved crop top tucked slightly at the waist and tight grey athletic shorts that sit high on the hips.

Action: She is kneeling on a beige mat with one leg bent forward and the other extended back, holding a black smartphone in her right hand to capture a reflection in the mirror.

Environment: The setting is a modern gym interior with large windows in the background showing blue daylight, purple wall panels, and various exercise machines including treadmills and stationary bikes.

Camera: The shot is framed as a mirror selfie taken from a low angle, capturing the subject's profile and rear view within the reflection.

Lighting: Soft natural light fills the room from the large windows, creating gentle highlights on her skin and clothing with minimal harsh shadows.

Style Details: The image has a clean, high-resolution aesthetic typical of modern smartphone photography with realistic textures and vibrant colors.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating fitness influencer content, gym lifestyle blogs, and casual athletic portraiture. The combination of 'low angle' framing and the inclusion of a visible phone in the reflection grounds the image in authentic smartphone photography while the 'soft natural light' prevents harsh shadows that would detract from the clean aesthetic required for modern social media feeds.

Suggestions

Change 'oversized white short-sleeved crop top' to 'black ribbed sports bra' for higher contrast.
Adjust 'blue daylight' to 'golden hour sunlight' for warmer tones.
Modify 'beige mat' to 'dark rubber flooring' to ground the composition.
