Young woman with red hair sitting on gym bench in athletic sportswear

Prompt

A young woman with long red hair sits casually on a black gym bench in a fitness center.

Subject: A smiling young woman with fair skin and freckles, wearing a navy blue baseball cap with the word "Love" embroidered in white script.

Clothing: She wears a form-fitting purple ribbed athletic bodysuit featuring thin spaghetti straps that cross at the back, paired with matching shorts.

Action: She leans her left elbow on the top of the bench backrest while resting her chin near her hand, looking over her shoulder directly at the camera with a relaxed expression.

Environment: The background is an indoor gym setting with blurred weight racks and dumbbells visible in the distance.

Camera: The shot uses a medium close-up framing with a shallow depth of field to keep the subject sharp while softening the gym equipment behind her.

Lighting: Soft, warm ambient light illuminates the scene from above, creating gentle highlights on her skin and hair without harsh shadows.

Style Details: The image has a naturalistic photographic quality with realistic textures and a slightly muted color palette typical of indoor sports photography.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating fitness blog features, athletic lifestyle advertising, and personal portrait sessions within a gym setting. The combination of 'soft, warm ambient light' and the 'shallow depth of field' ensures that while the background shows recognizable weight racks, the focus remains entirely on the subject's expression and the texture of her 'purple ribbed athletic bodysuit', preventing the environment from becoming distracting or overly detailed.

Suggestions

Change 'navy blue baseball cap' to a neutral color like charcoal gray for versatility.
Swap 'ribbed athletic bodysuit' for a mesh material to suggest breathability.
Adjust 'soft, warm ambient light' to 'bright, cool fluorescent lighting' for a more clinical feel.
