Blonde speed skater waving from an indoor ice rink profile view

Prompt

A female speed skater stands in profile on an ice rink, smiling warmly while waving to the crowd with one hand and holding a pair of goggles in the other.

Subject: A fit woman with long blonde hair tied back in a ponytail that flows slightly behind her.

Clothing: She wears a tight-fitting black aerodynamic speed skating suit featuring white text reading "KAFFRA" on the thigh and a white stripe across the upper arm, paired with fingerless gloves.

Action: The skater is captured mid-gesture, waving to spectators with an open palm while looking forward with a bright smile.

Environment: An indoor ice arena with a blurred background showing tiered seating filled with spectators and distant advertising boards.

Camera: A medium shot taken from the side profile with a shallow depth of field that keeps the skater sharp while blurring the background crowd.

Lighting: Bright overhead arena lighting creates soft highlights on her skin and hair, casting minimal shadows for a clean look.

Style Details: High-resolution sports photography with crisp focus on the athlete and a smooth, professional color grading.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating athletic promotional materials, sportswear catalog shots, and dynamic event coverage imagery. The combination of 'bright overhead arena lighting' and 'shallow depth of field' ensures that the skater remains the sharp focal point against a deliberately blurred background crowd, which prevents visual clutter and keeps the focus squarely on her action and physique.

Suggestions

Change 'black aerodynamic speed skating suit' to 'metallic silver speed skating suit' for a different material reflection.
Add 'motion blur effect' to the skates or ponytail for increased dynamism.
Swap 'smiling warmly' for 'intense focused expression' if you want a more competitive mood.
