Blonde woman sitting on bench against brick wall in studio

Prompt

A woman with blonde hair sits casually against a brick wall in a studio setting.

Subject: A blonde woman with wavy shoulder-length hair and blue eyes looking directly at the camera with a soft expression.

Clothing: She wears a black sleeveless bodysuit with a white panel across the chest, grey ribbed knit pants that are cuffed at the ankles, and beige ballet slippers.

Action: She is seated on a dark bench with her knees pulled up towards her chest, holding her shins with both hands in a relaxed pose.

Environment: The background features an exposed red brick wall with a bright window visible in the upper left corner.

Lighting: Bright natural light streams from the window to the left, illuminating her face and hair while casting soft shadows on the right side of the room.

Camera: Medium shot capturing the subject from the knees up, framed at eye level with a shallow depth of field that keeps the background slightly out of focus.

Style Details: Naturalistic photography style with warm tones and high contrast between the bright window light and the darker interior space.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating intimate portrait studies, catalog shots emphasizing texture, and lifestyle editorial content requiring controlled indoor lighting. The combination of 'bright natural light streams from the window to the left' against the 'exposed red brick wall' establishes a high contrast that sculpts the subject's features while the 'shallow depth of field' ensures the focus remains tightly on her expression rather than distracting background details.

Suggestions

Change 'black sleeveless bodysuit' to 'cream knit top' for a softer color palette.
Add 'rim lighting' to emphasize the hair texture against the brick.
Adjust 'dark bench' to 'light wood bench' to balance the overall contrast.
