Medium close up portrait of young woman with red hair

Prompt

A close-up portrait of a young woman with voluminous, windblown red hair and fair skin.

Subject: A young woman with striking blue eyes, pale complexion, and long, curly red hair that is blowing in the wind around her face.

Clothing: She wears a textured, grey-green double-breasted coat featuring large brass buttons and wide lapels.

Action: She gazes directly at the camera with a neutral expression while standing still as the wind moves her hair.

Environment: The background is an out-of-focus outdoor setting with a blurred figure of a man visible behind her shoulder.

Camera: Shot with a shallow depth of field to isolate the subject, utilizing a medium close-up framing that emphasizes facial features and hair texture.

Lighting: Soft, natural daylight illuminates the scene from the front, creating gentle highlights on her face and hair without harsh shadows.

Style Details: High-resolution photography with a cinematic color palette, emphasizing the contrast between the warm red tones of the hair and the cool grey-green of the coat.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating editorial fashion editorials, character concept art focusing on mood, and high-end portrait photography needing strong color contrast. The combination of 'soft, natural daylight' with a 'cinematic color palette' ensures that the warm red tones of the hair pop against the cool grey-green coat without harsh shadows, which is crucial for maintaining an elegant, magazine-ready finish.

Suggestions

Change 'textured, grey-green double-breasted coat' to 'black wool trench coat' for a more dramatic feel.
Swap 'soft, natural daylight' for 'overcast diffused light' to minimize highlights.
Adjust the background by specifying 'bokeh of autumn foliage' instead of a blurred figure.
