Portrait of blonde woman in black velvet dress against light wall

Prompt

A confident portrait of a woman with blonde wavy hair wearing a black velvet dress.

Subject: A fair-skinned woman with shoulder-length blonde hair styled in soft waves and a side part. She has brown eyes, defined eyebrows, and a small beauty mark on her left cheek. Her expression is calm and direct as she looks slightly to the side of the camera.

Clothing: She wears a black velvet dress featuring a deep plunging V-neckline and long sleeves. The fabric appears soft with a subtle sheen, and there are large decorative buttons visible down the front.

Action: She stands in a relaxed pose with her head turned slightly toward the viewer, maintaining a composed facial expression.

Environment: A plain, light-colored wall serves as the background, providing a neutral backdrop that keeps the focus on the subject.

Camera: The shot is a medium close-up framed from the chest up, utilizing soft lighting to highlight facial features and hair texture without harsh shadows.

Lighting: Soft, diffused lighting illuminates the scene evenly, creating gentle highlights on her skin and hair while maintaining a natural, flattering tone.

Style Details: High-resolution photography with a focus on realistic textures and elegant composition.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating high-end beauty editorials, character portraits for film promotion, and luxury brand lookbooks requiring subtle drama. The combination of 'black velvet dress' against a 'plain, light-colored wall' ensures the rich texture of the fabric catches attention without competing with the subject, while 'soft, diffused lighting' prevents harsh shadows that would obscure the delicate details like the beauty mark or hair waves.

Suggestions

Change 'blonde wavy hair' to 'platinum blonde bob' for a more modern edge.
Swap 'black velvet dress' for 'deep emerald silk gown' to change the color focus.
