Woman in dark brown slip dress outdoors against bright white sky

Prompt

A woman in a dark brown slip dress stands outdoors with her hands raised to frame her face.

Subject: A woman with long wavy dark hair and defined eyebrows looking off to the side.

Clothing: She wears a tight-fitting, dark brown or bronze-colored spaghetti strap mini dress with thin straps over the shoulders.

Action: Her arms are bent at the elbows with both hands raised near her head; one hand touches her forehead while the other frames her cheek and jawline.

Environment: The background is a bright, washed-out white sky with faint, blurry shapes of distant mountains or hills visible below.

Camera: Shot from a medium shot capturing the subject from the thighs up, with a shallow depth of field that blurs the background significantly.

Lighting: Bright natural sunlight illuminates the scene from above and slightly behind, creating soft shadows on her face and highlighting the texture of her skin and dress.

Style Details: The image has a high-key aesthetic with a clean, polished look emphasizing the subject against a minimalist backdrop.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating editorial fashion moodboards, portrait photography focusing on gesture, and minimalist beauty editorials. The combination of 'bright natural sunlight' casting soft shadows and the 'high-key aesthetic' ensures that the subject remains sharply defined against the washed-out white sky, preventing harsh contrast while emphasizing the texture of her skin and dress.

Suggestions

Change 'dark brown or bronze-colored' to 'deep chocolate velvet' for a richer material.
Adjust 'bright natural sunlight' to 'overcast softbox lighting' for more even illumination.
Swap 'medium shot' to 'close up portrait' to focus solely on the hand gesture.
