Young woman in maroon lehenga choli standing in an elegant studio setting

Prompt

A full-length portrait of a young woman standing in an elegant studio setting.

Subject: A young woman with dark hair styled in loose waves and a fair complexion.

Clothing: She wears a rich maroon lehenga choli featuring a heavily embroidered square-neck blouse with sheer sleeves and a voluminous, draped skirt made of shimmering fabric.

Action: She stands facing forward with her head turned slightly to the side, holding the pleated pallu of her saree or dupatta in her right hand near her chest.

Environment: The background consists of soft cream-colored drapes hanging against a light wall with subtle paneling details.

Camera: A medium-full shot capturing the subject from head to toe with a centered composition and a shallow depth of field that blurs the background slightly.

Lighting: Soft, diffused studio lighting illuminates the scene evenly, highlighting the texture of the fabric and creating gentle shadows without harsh contrast.

Style Details: High-resolution fashion photography with a polished, elegant aesthetic and rich color saturation.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating bridal editorial spreads, cultural portraiture for magazines, and high-end e-commerce lookbooks showcasing traditional wear. The combination of 'soft, diffused studio lighting' and the 'rich maroon lehenga choli' ensures that the intricate embroidery remains visible without harsh highlights, while the 'shallow depth of field' isolates the subject against the 'soft cream-colored drapes,' preventing background clutter from distracting from the garment's detail.

Suggestions

Change 'shimmering fabric' to 'velvet silk' for a deeper color absorption.
Adjust 'medium-full shot' to 'full body portrait' to better capture the skirt volume.
Swap 'soft, diffused studio lighting' for 'rim light only' to emphasize silhouette.
