Description

This prompt is useful for creating fitness lifestyle blogs, athletic brand advertising campaigns, and personal social media content showcasing routine progress. The combination of 'soft ambient light from the windows' mixed with 'warm interior strip lighting' ensures that while the subject remains visible in a 'medium shot,' the shallow depth of field effectively blurs the distant city lights, preventing background clutter from distracting from the athletic focus.
