Close up portrait of young woman with freckles and red lipstick in

Prompt

A close-up portrait of a young woman with fair skin and freckles looking slightly upward with a neutral expression.

Subject: A young woman with reddish-brown hair pulled back tightly from her face, revealing high cheekbones and a defined jawline. She has light-colored eyes and visible freckles across her nose and cheeks. Her lips are full and coated in glossy red lipstick.

Clothing: She is wearing a black ribbed turtleneck sweater that covers her neck completely. The fabric appears soft with vertical texture visible on the shoulder.

Action: Her head is tilted slightly to the right, and she gazes directly at the camera with a calm, composed demeanor.

Environment: The background is a dark studio setting featuring a large, sharp diagonal beam of bright orange light cutting across the frame from the upper right corner.

Lighting: Dramatic chiaroscuro lighting where a strong warm orange light source illuminates the right side of her face and neck while the left side remains in deep shadow.

Camera: Shot with a medium telephoto lens to compress the background, utilizing a shallow depth of field that keeps the subject's face sharp while blurring the dark surroundings.

Style Details: High-contrast photography with rich color grading emphasizing the warm orange tones against the cool black shadows.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating dramatic editorial portraits, high-contrast beauty advertisements, and moody character studies. The combination of 'dramatic chiaroscuro lighting' with a strong warm orange beam emphasizes the subject's defined jawline and freckles by carving out light against deep shadow, which is ideal for intense focus on facial structure.

Suggestions

Change 'red lipstick' to 'nude glossy lip' for a more understated look.
Swap 'black ribbed turtleneck sweater' for 'charcoal wool sweater' to soften the contrast.
Adjust 'bright orange light' to 'deep amber light' for warmer tones.
