Profile portrait of young man with dark curly hair in red light

Prompt

A profile portrait of a young man with dark curly hair and a short beard, his eyes closed in a serene expression.

Subject: A handsome young man shown in sharp profile view with dark, wavy hair styled upwards and a well-groomed beard covering his jawline.

Clothing: He is wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with the hood resting on his back.

Action: His eyes are gently closed and his head is tilted slightly upward, conveying a sense of calm or meditation.

Environment: The background is a smooth, hazy wash of deep red tones that fade into darkness at the edges.

Camera: A close-up shot focusing tightly on the side of the face with a shallow depth of field that blurs the background elements.

Lighting: Strong red ambient lighting bathes the scene from the front and side, casting soft shadows and highlighting the texture of the skin and hair.

Style Details: The image features a double-exposure effect where a faint, translucent ghostly outline of the same face is visible behind the main subject, creating an artistic and dreamy atmosphere.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating album art, conceptual character studies, or moody fine art photography pieces. The combination of 'strong red ambient lighting' with a 'double-exposure effect' ensures that the primary subject remains grounded while the translucent overlay adds an ethereal quality, which is ideal for conveying internal states like meditation.

Suggestions

Change 'dark curly hair' to 'slicked back wavy hair' for a different texture.
Swap 'deep red tones' for 'burgundy and black gradient' for more depth.
Adjust 'hood resting on his back' to 'hood pulled up over head' for a more enclosed feeling.
