Wet black and white border collie running through splashing water close up

Prompt

A wet black and white Border Collie running directly toward the camera through splashing water.

Subject: A wet black and white Border Collie with a distinctive mask pattern on its face, wearing a dark collar.

Action: The dog is captured mid-stride leaping forward with paws extended, creating a dynamic splash of water droplets around its body.

Environment: An outdoor setting with a blurred background of green grass and blue sky suggesting a shallow body of water or lake.

Camera: A close-up low angle shot with a fast shutter speed freezing the motion and a shallow depth of field blurring the background.

Lighting: Bright natural daylight illuminating the scene from above, highlighting the texture of the wet fur and the clarity of the water droplets.

Style Details: High-speed photography capturing fine details of water spray and fur texture with vibrant colors.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating dynamic pet portraiture, action sequence stills for advertising, and nature documentary close-ups. The combination of 'low angle shot' and 'fast shutter speed freezing the motion' ensures that the dramatic splash of water droplets remains sharp against a blurred background, while specifying 'wet fur' directs the model to render realistic sheen rather than dry texture.

Suggestions

Change 'dark collar' to 'red bandana' for a pop of contrasting color.
Add 'bokeh effect' to enhance the shallow depth of field.
Swap 'green grass and blue sky' for 'mossy rocks and forest background' to change the setting.
