Man crouching outdoors in plaid shirt with sunlight flare background

Prompt

A man crouching in a sun-drenched outdoor setting with a soft-focus background of trees and warm light flares.

Subject: A man with a high top knot hairstyle and a gold chain necklace around his neck.

Clothing: He wears a grey and white plaid button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up, blue jeans, and dark sneakers.

Action: He is crouching low to the ground with one hand resting on his knee and the other raised to touch his forehead near his temple while looking directly at the camera.

Environment: The setting appears to be a paved area outdoors with blurred trees in the background illuminated by bright sunlight.

Camera: Shot with a shallow depth of field that keeps the subject sharp while blurring the background, featuring a slight lens flare and rainbow artifact in the upper right corner.

Lighting: Strong backlighting from the sun creates a glowing rim light around the subject and casts soft shadows on the ground.

Style Details: The image has a warm, cinematic color grade with a dreamy aesthetic and visible film grain texture.

Description

This prompt is useful for creating lifestyle portraits, editorial menswear features, and atmospheric character studies that require an immediate connection with the viewer. The combination of 'strong backlighting' to create a glowing rim light and the specified 'shallow depth of field' ensures the subject remains tack-sharp against the blurred background, while the inclusion of 'visible film grain texture' grounds the cinematic feel in tangible analog imperfection.

Suggestions

Change 'grey and white plaid button-down shirt' to 'olive green chambray shirt' for a more muted tone.
Replace 'blue jeans' with 'dark selvedge denim' to add material specificity.
Adjust 'rainbow artifact in the upper right corner' to 'subtle lens flare only' to control the visual noise.
